E90 drop hats + camber plates = ???

Will e90 drop hats work with camber plates? If so what type of camber plates? Will the 2 drop the car more or will they cancel each other out and give no drop at all?

Pretty sure that camber plates take place of the top spring hat. Therefor no, they will not work together.

You're on the right path. Any camber plates which retains the stock (or E90) upper strut mount are going to add to the stack height of your car.

Fixed camber plates are about 1/8" thick typically, so that difference would be pretty minute. IE Adjustable-streets are 3/8" thick but are limited in adjustment by the strut mount contacting the fender cutout.
