I just did the e36 rack swap and front end rebuild on my car last weekend. Alignment is done and everything feels great, the only issue is my car's power steering pump is now significantly louder than before, is this a normal after effect of the swap? I see no reason why it would be, fluid level was refilled to a correct level. I let it gravity feed down into the system and turn the wheel lock to lock multiple times before starting the car.
