hey so i know ur all gunna say search and trust me i have... i just cant decide what exactly would work perfect.. im going to order gc coilovers and shortened konis as well.... i use my car for dd/drift... what would you guys reccomend as far as rates.. im on 16'' esm oo2 and wanna be pretty low but still have a solid ride

Generally you want the rear springs to be 120-130% of what the front springs are, and no more than 150%. My rates are ~500F/~550R. You can stack lower rates springs (ex one 200lb, one 300lb spring instead of one 500lb spring) which will act like a progressive rate spring and be a little less bone-jarring at low speeds, but that will probably break your $1,000 budget.-AlexComment
