Stock: Gabriel Ultra (Autozone) struts w/ lifetime warranty $40

I installed one on my driver side and the ride is perfect.
The steering is tight and firm.
Cornering is tight, not much body roll.
My car handles bumps like every other rock in the road.

Now, I'm thinking about changing the passenger side for the hell of it.

The price is right but there's a reason they come with that warranty.

For cheapo shocks I would go with KYB personally.

might as well get camaro rear shocks since their cheap and upgrade for lowered cars.

Why in the world would you change only one side. Things like shocks should be changed on pairs.

Haha! I'm replacing the passenger side today.
They don't have KYB's in stock. Plus I can't wait that long.

            Camaro rear shocks?

            82-02 Camaro. Got it.

Do they have to be kybs? And will an under dampened front end with a over damped rear end cause problems?

Update: Passenger side is holding up fine. Been about a year ~5000 miles.
But I've already replaced the driver side about 3 times. Now, I'm switching back to Oem for that stock ride.
