I am in the market for some springs i dont want stiff as steel but i dont want a boat what are your thoughts on IE stage 3 springs. and what else should i get aside from shocks. Im just needing what to get to compleat the spring job. I just ordered some E90 drop hats so thats off the list. What else is ther and are there any adjustable systems for these springs.

i dont want it slammed but lower than it sits iv seen pics of these springs on the car and i like the lowering on it.
The M3 Project is a go all i need is to find a C pillar than im willing to start on it if you know of anywhere that has one let me know either metal or fiberglass.Float like a cadillac sting like a Bimmer!:)

What about H&R Sport or Vogtland. A little bit softer but similar stance.
There is a master spring rate list for e30s for you. Glance through that and just see what kind of rates youre looking forComment
