    rancho shocks

ok, I've heard that rancho shocks work with Ireland stage 3 springs. I emailed them and hesaid that thy were art number 9116 and 1650. Only 9116 matches but curious which numbers fit front and back on an e30. I'm assuming that the front and back are different shocks, is that true. Any help with rancho would be awesome. Thanks

      Ditto.

Stage IIIs are reputed to work well with Koni SAa and Bilstein Sports.

I had H&R Race (same rates as Stage IIIs) with Bilsteins, and they work well together IMHO.

Depending on which OG racers you talk to, you will notice some have used or continue to use them as a solution for rear shocks.

I know of 2 people who used them and have read of a few. Some later on opted for Koni SAs but said they are an acceptable solution.

The only thing is the pricing is not that much of an advantage for the adjustable Rancho RS99039 versus other options.

        Good luck.

thanks for the help rather than just being a dick.
not everyone has the money to throw into their bmw's like people like jordan and such.
IE said they would do the job, I've had them in mine nad many friends trucks and their the greatest. I'm 18 and going to college, my bmw isn't my main priority.
Thanks again for the help rather than being a dick

My co-worker runs adjustable Ranchos with IE3 springs. They work, but they aren't a good as Konis.

Randy Walters, the Solo II champ, ran Ranchos in the rear for years.

He's the one who's responsible for the shortage of Ronal LS's in the world too. :)
