Instructions for installing IE Sways?

I'm about to pull the trigger on some 25mm/22mm IE sways, and am looking into who I should have weld the reinforcement. I'm working with the assumption that whoever I go with won't know exactly how to install this on an E30, and even if they say they do I'd like to verify their work. However, I can't find instructions on how to install and weld the reinforcement. Once the pieces arrive and the car is in front of me, is it stupidly obvious? Do they come with instructions?

Remove the subframe bolt and the sway bolt. The notch fills in the gap between the subframe and the sway link.

Ah, so no welding required/recommended on the front? The IE kit says it comes with "Reinforcement plates" for the front. Are those pictured someplace and I'm missing it?

Check out the red bushing. The aluminum is the IE kit. No welding needed unless you broke the tab from the subframe.

Great! So that should be easy enough for me to install myself.

So what about the rear? What gets welded in the rear?

The rear just needs welding on the trailing arms and maybe some slight grinding on their aluminum mount/reinforcement so it sits flush with the body.
