5 lug Ground Control coilovers sprint rate help

I will be ordering Ground controls E36 to E30 coilover kit(

) in the next few days and need some suggestions on spring rates. Every bushing on the car is poly urethane. This car is going to be street driven as well as tracked. The car has a S50 swap as well. Weight wise I would say 2300lbs.
