My car jumps on center dividers on freeway, loud. Wheel bearings?

That's seems to be the only way to fix the camber and hopefully this issue. Wheel bearings didnt seem right to me either.
What about steering rack? Probably not huh?

You have an alarming amount of cross camber. You may have other issues as well, but this is a big one that needs addressing.

sure, you could also throw it on a rack and straighten out the frame.

You could do this, but it would be a band aid if your frame is tweaked.

For the cost to get my frame fixed its just not worth it.
If camber plates don't work then the car goes night night.

Does anyone know where I can buy a camber plate for cheap?
Are ebay ones okay?
