lolly pop trouble

hey i have a typical problem with bolting on the lolly pops and that is 3/4 bolts broke inside the frame rails i have tryed for hours and hours to get them out by welding nuts on drilling and using bolt extractors but they break to im out of ideas i dont want to cut them out with a plasma because i dont wana mess up the threads because idk if i can properly re tap them
any suggestions?

Same thing happened to me for 3/4 of my lollipop bolts. I went straight for the drill, drilled out the remaining half of the bolts and then retapped them (I think slightly larger than the earlier bolts). Just make sure you tap them straight, and put some anti seize on the bolts before putting them in so the same thing doesn't happen again.
