    Billy Sports - Rebuild

I'm pretty sure my billy sports are blown, if not all at least the front two are. I am running H&R Race springs and it bottoms out on even the most minor bumps and really is a crappy ride (I don't remember it being like this when I first installed but that was over a year and 20K ago, I bought the shocks used btw).

My question is, will Bilstein rebuild/revalve these even though I cut the front internal bumpstops?

Also can anyone recomend a prefered re-valving for the H&R Races?

so that's at the $65/$75 rate, or is that the warranty rate? will they replace the bump stop with an un-cut one?

Call Bilstein and ask them not to replace the bumpstop.

x2, calling bilstein and requesting something like that is not unreasonable as long as you understand they will most likely not warranty the rebuild either.

          For posterity
Warranty price is $0 (except now you do need to send them back to the seller and have them send them to bilstein, which is a little messed up).

I remember Nando mentioning that they even told him they WANT to remove the bumpstops for his iX revalve application.

Call them. They are knowledgeable or they wouldn't have a job.
