Best way to drop E30 'vert?

    Hey Everyone!

I know there's tons of forums explaining how to drop an e30 but I have heard rumours that verts are different sense they're heavier at the back. My car would certainly seem to be an example of this as it currently has huge reverse rake which I don't want to carry over after the drop.
I'm looking to spend under 1k but I want to do it properly. Would the standard billy and H&R combo work? Or is there something better for combating the inherit vert reverse rake.

    Thanks for your time!

I have GC's with custom rates setup for my weight balance (50/50). Cost me $1000 total and I couldn't be happier.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30
