steering response

After installing a rebuilt rack my 318is now feels like a girl's car, very light steering response, more like like a toyota, are these thing adjustable, pump is rebuild as well. TIA

Check your alignment. Too much toe in kills the response.

Same thing happened to me. The rack I put in was super loose and had a ton of free play in the center. Try getting another rack

Yes the drag is adjustable. I believe its the large nut/hex on the front of it. My friend adjusted it on his car and said it felt much better.
