bought an 325is, what rack is in it?

I bought a 1990 e30 325is with a few questionable mods. Including some unknown injectors and some sketchy bilstein/h&r lowering setup. My concern now is that I am at two turns lock to lock. Did the "is" have a quicker rack or did the previous owner replace it? please help

No the is did not come with a different rack , your PO might have installed a z3 rack which is like 2.7 turns lock to lock

Check the part number on the rack and report back for r3v to investigate.

Are you sure you don't mean two turns to lock from center? The stock rack is 4.1 turns lock to lock, so that would make sense.

            Exactly what I'm thinking.

These two things. If your rack is 2 turns, it's extra broken.
