    Suspension suggestions

I have Bc coilovers with 10k Front and 12k in the rear should I run a sway bar front and rear or the spring rate from the coils is enough to stop bodyroll. Please help the sways I have are the racing dynamics green bars.

I've never seen a set of the BC coil overs. I assume they are like others in that the rear springs use the stock perches. If that is the case you probably don't have enough rear spring. Typically the rear springs want to be 1.5 to 1.8 times the front rates.

With 12kg/mm springs up front and something like 15kg/mm springs in the rear there won't by much body roll, but you'll still want sways if you are running r-comps. Street tires aren't sticky enough to require sways.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I had the same exact rates as you on my BC's. I had stock sways. Disconnected the rear but left the front connected. That was the best my car ever felt.
