I've spent countless hours researching coilovers and I'm having a hard time convincing myself to spend $1500+ dollars on GC's kit. Are most of you running the complete kits with shocks/springs/camber plates/etc or different combos of parts? My goal is to have zero wheel gap, so I plan on shortening my strut housing 2". Also, I auto x the car a few times a season, so I would like to improve handling.

I'll put it like this: you get what you pay for. If you fork up the extra cash up front you will be much more satisfied in the end.-AlexComment

Look at my signature OP, I own everything GC offers for the e30 and then some.
It is a beast and worth every single penny. Call Gc, ask for Mark. Tell him what you want and he will do the rest. I know so much about suspension setups from chats with him. He is a mastermind and suspension guru.~ Puch Cafe. ~ Do business? feedback ~ Check out my leather company ~

I used to have GC coilovers on my 318is. I sold them when i parted that car out and now I have something different on my current car. I wish I had just forked out the cash for the GCs.Comment
