Why do you want a rear brace? The rear end really doesn't flex that much, and in the unlikely event that it did flex, the rear shock towers have no effect on suspension geometry. So there is no benefit to having a rear strut bar.
Overflow is up top beside the float sensor, and drains back to the overflow tank in the rh wheel well.
It fills from the bottom - the filler neck splits in two and goes to the bottom of the aux tank and the main fuel tank, which leads me to believe that the aux tank just drains into the main tank, so it empties before the main tank does (gravity).
