Any ideas what this noise is?

Im guessing a steering guibo? I have never had one go out so i dont know...

Also, on the freeway it chatters and shakes a little bit. I had the wheels balanced and have had an alignment, something else is up.

If you have an airbag, check the tightness of the large nut on the steering column. Its right above the brake pedal.
