    Looking for e30 coilovers

Hey guys I'm looking for e30 coilovers that will drop me more than Ireland engineering lowering springs I'm on at the moment. I can't afford to buy brand new bc coilovers or ground control I was thinking JOM? Or if anyone has snub they could sell me that would be great! Picture of my car as it sits currently

"ca tuned" coil overs weld in special $1000 shipped until 2014. I'm planning to buy some for myself. Don't waste your money with JOM's. I've got them and they take constant adjustment.

Everyone who buy's joms are finding a replacement for coilovers. I went the ground control way by converting stock housings to coilovers. Cheapest and honestly my favorite e30 setup so far.

I was able to find such cheap deals on all my parts, i think I spent $400 for bilstien sports all around and #350F/#500R hypercoil springs.

JOM's will be a downgrade from your current setup. they dont go that low and dont handle well.

GE or GC conversion kits can be done for cheap if you already have bilstiens or equivilent.

IMO its worth saving up an extra 500 bucks for a decent more adjustable set of coilovers. As codyep3 said above, most people who buy JOM's end up getting something else down the line. I sold mine when i did air ride. The guy i sold it to ran em for a few months and moved to something better. Trial and error costs more then a proven quality setup.

I mean I'm 16 and saving up 1000 dollars for coilovers is gonna take a long time I really just want to be low.. I'm on bilstein struts currently.. I don't care if it doesn't ride super smooth I just want an inch lowery or so at least

This follows the same route as the IE setup he's already running.

What about H&R Race springs? Don't they go lower than IE?

theres a ton of options, and alot of people are going to have different experiences.

make a list of all your options and weight the pros and cons, how easy is it going to be, can you weld, do you have the skills and resources to do the job. i would save up and wait untill you have money to buy a good set.

                      ground control http://www.ground-control-store.com/.../II=912/CA=173

                      IE http://www.iemotorsport.com/bmw/E30-...-steering.html

kw has a good set http://www.tunershop.com/Suspensions...6_h4_m283.html

                      GE sells everything but shocks

then theres raceland which is probably the cheapest and equivalent to JOM

theres even more out there if you look around

                      just my

i have no idea what i am doing with my life

Me neither, to me it came across that this was part of your implication. I think I'm on crack, was under impression the OP was already running IE c/o's.

OP, here you go. This'll solve your problem real quick.
