I don't remember having stiff suspension...

This nice Christmas morning I go to drive my car. Typical cold day start and warm up. Drive about 2 miles down the road to get her blood moving. Then I actually do the speed limit and notice the ride is a little bumpy. I thought I might of hit a pot hole. Then again and again. I got home and figured I would check my suspension. All good until I get to the front left (drivers side). No movement. Today was cold but I'm pretty sure struts don't freeze. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to come to a decision on wether to get new struts. Just wanted to see if anyone had an idea of what could of happened here. Thanks.

Ok. They have been leaking. Just didn't think they would get a stiffy. Hahahaha. No more waiting until spring for suspension refresh. This should of happened yesterday so Santa could of brought h&r/Billy's for me! Haha.

If it leaks oil, it gets hot as it can't cool as well as it did. They can seize solid, but can also bottom out and bend the rod which gets stuck.

I found out that with the blown seal water got into the shock and then PA weather happened and they froze. So today at work I sat the car in front of the torpedo heater and had suspension by the end of the day.

i wouldn't call it suspension when everything about it is pretty much broken.
