    Fun Power Steering Issue [video]

It makes sense that RPMs would dip, right? Turning the wheel causes pump to work, which causes drag on the accessory belt and therefore motor. I'd think. At least on the S50.
What's weird about this is it only happens when cranked far left.

The worst part though is this: since refreshing the P/S system the car turns with ease to the left, but it's almost like there's no power steering when turning right.
Faulty pump? Maybe. It's a freshly "remanufactured" Cardone.
Belt is new. Fluid is full and has been flushed thoroughly 3 times.

Would the rack be the culprit? The wheels turn just fine when the front end is in the air, as in the video.

As always, any insight from you kind folks is greatly appreciated.
