So when I turn my steering wheel all the way to the left or right, it makes a dolphin screeching sound. I don't know too much about cars but is it the bearings?
Ensure proper tension on your power steering pump belt. Also depending on age you should replace all the drive belts, as they wear/stretch until they finally snap.
Also, I read somewhere that dried out seals could be making that sound and that you could put WD-40 on those locations. Not in the engine bay, but somewhere in the wheel wells.
The car tends to do that screeching when it's cold and not turning at all now, but at start and very low speeds. Goes away when car warms up? Haven't really paid attention to that too much.
Definitely a worn and/or loose belt. Pull the belt off and turn it inside out. If you see any cracking, replace it. If it looks good, put it back on and re-tension it. Here is a trick to know if it is the correct tension:
