Hey i got bilstien sports on right now with some cheap coilovers... Can anyone tell me what is the best spring out there... Cause my pan is less then 1 inch off the ground and i want something good so it doesnt bounce alot??

"Best" is subjective. H&R Race and IE3 seem to be the forum favorites. Depends on what you want though.

If the car will be that low, the priority should be the install a heavy duty skid plate. Regardless of what springs you use.

I already have that.. I just wanted to know a good coil... Cause mine is some cheap jdm crap that PO put on
