    removing e36 tie rod

    Hey all,

trying to remove the nut on the outer tie rod for the e36 m3 steering rack. The nut is like frozen onto the inner tie rod and im just trying to remove the outer.

I think tonight i am going to soak it in PB and wd, but is there any trick to this? Should it just eventually come off with some convincing?

Heat fixes a lot. Kroil oil is also a good penetrant. Impressed the hell out of me on some rusty exhaust bolts.
