    suspension help!!

Hey guys, I have a 89 325i that had a JOM coilover kit that was lowered all the way... I dont really know the rates on these or how much of a drop it is?... I went and got bilstien sports all around cause jom was shit... now im looking at GC coils.. this is my daily car, I have 195/45r16's... car is sitting pretty low I like how how it is but I want to have the front lift up maybe 1/2" and the back a little bit higher.. Im not going to use adjusters... can anyone tell me what size & rate springs I should get?
