Has anybody upgraded from the DIY GC kit for Bilsteins to a full GC setup with the Koni's? Was the ride any better? What about bottoming out in the rear(if you ditched the rear adjusters)?

Interesting, hmmm?
do you think the koni's are valved stiffer than the billies? hence the smoother ride?Comment

Konis are adjustable. so yes and no. they are also not linear. you need to research the difference and see what fits your driving style. personally i 99.999% street my cars. therefore the konis are what i need. i've had konis last 150k miles no issues, i've seen them get weird after 2k miles. seen tons and tons of blown billies. none of the stock sports seem to last under the coilover spring rates.Comment

I have the GC full Koni setup on my wagon and the DIY kit with Bilsteins on the vert.
The Koni setup at full soft setting rides stiffer than the off the shelf Bilstein setup. Konis 'feel' more sporty, but the Bilsteins are nicer to cruise around on.
I am having some custom revalved and shortened Bilsteins installed today to see if that changes the ride.
