Spring rate recommendations? 24v vert, no rear sway

I currently have bilstein sports with eibach prokit and don't like it. Going to add a sub system so it'll have even more weight in the rear. Don't know if I should do the camaro shock conversion, not sure what kind of rates they can handle. Was thinking 550f 650r with no rear sway? It's a daily but don't mind bumps, as long as my kidneys don't burst. Reason I don't want to just revalve the bilsteins is I want to go low enough to cover the top of the tire, 225/45/16, worried it'll be too low.

Picking it up from paint tomorrow. Ride height is almost perfect with more weight up front, but I hate how progressive/soft springs handle. I could probably cover the top of the front tires with e90 hats but worried I'd bottom out or blow shocks.
