How to fix steering linkage

I've been trying to research on how to fix this problem. but I've had no luck, I need some guidance. I've put some pictures so you know what I'm looking at.
There is a lot of play in my steering wheel when I turn it, guessing because these two white pins aren't in, how am I supposed to fix that?

Replace the flex joint with a new part.
