    Buying coilovers

I am looking to buy some coilovers for my 1988 325is. What all do I need to buy other than the coilovers to lower my car and improve the handling.

Why do you think you need c/o's?

Look at sway bars and bushings....and search! We tend to help those who first help themselves (if you teach a man to fish...)

How low do you want to go? What will be the main use of the vehicle? I'm willing to bet that time and effort considered, some poly bushings, new swaybar links, Koni or Bilstein dampers and H&R Race would be fine.

sounds like you fit the raceland/jom target demographic.

BC Racing will get you custom spring rates when you order for either free or cheap. Like it might be $50 more. Since it won't be a circuit car it will probably be just fine with those coils.

If your looking to drift get a big rear front and rear sway bar.

And if you want a little stiffer on springs h&r sport or race springs & billies. If you have the budget for them that is. Don't need an expensive set up for drifting.

Also extra rear camber would help put your car sideways.
