Opinions: Suspension for my Vert

I just recieved my tax refund and I am now looking to get a new setup for my vert. I have been worrying about wheels and other things but I realize that the suspension is one of the first things I should do. I don't have enough for GC and this car is going to be a DD. I want it to look lower and am planning to put either 16's or 17's on it. I only want to spend like $700- $800. Here is what I am thinking...

Bilstein Sports
H&R Sport Springs

After that, during the summer I will put..

Front Stress bar (have seen many for coupes but not for vert any suggestions would be great)
Sway Bars
