I might pick up some M3 springs (and shocks) to replace my stock 325i springs. Does anyone know the spring rates for these springs? And would it be worthwhile to put M3 springs into a 325 considering the extra weight of the M20 over the S42 engine?

If you're getting the struts with the springs, keep the springs and sell the struts. People want to swap to 5 lug and use the m3 struts all the time. You might be able to make a couple dollars out of the deal. Although... Word on the street is that Bilstein sports are a little over dampened for the m3 springs so it will be a little bouncy. If you can, get Koni's.
