    Vogtland Springs

Just wondering if anyone on here are using them and if so do you have pics? (Even better if it's a 318is). How are they compared to say H&R sports in terms of stiffness. The drop is supposedly 1.5"-1.6". Is anyone using their entire suspension kit? Shocks and springs?

I searched and found a few people on here using them, just wondering what they and anyone else who knows anything about vogtland thinks of them :).

    TIA

I have new ones in a box if you want em. I went with H&r sports for the slightly higher ride hight.

Scot thanks for the reply. May I ask where you were able to source that information from? Are you currently running their springs as well? If so, how do you like them.

im running those springs, and my car definately dropped lower than their stated drop. im guessing more like 2" front, 1.8" rear. they are decent springs, almost the same as my old racing dynamics i had on the car.

golde30, is the handling pretty good on those? What shocks are running and do you have any pics of the car it's in? Would that beyour 318is or 325is?

Maybe this one will give you a better picture from the side.

The H&R spring rates were out of a thread comparing a bunch of aftermarket springs. The Vogtland rates came directly from Vogtland. I'm not running their springs yet. Maybe soon though, since now I'm done getting my car ready for a driving school, I'll have the time and money to do some suspension work.

I would buy their kit, not just their springs. They come in a package with adjustable Konis that are specifically valved for those springs, and the whole kit costs under $600.

i've been wondering who made the vogtland shocks in those setups. i guess i will buy the whole shebang if it comes with KONI's!! are they adjustable koni's?
