    ???? different springs for cabrio???

    Hey guys,
I am putting the e30 m3 5 lug conversion into my 1990 325iC. I have a question? I am currently looking for lowering springs and after doing some web research some sites say there is a difference between the cabrio springs and non-cabrio springs is this true? and does it really matter? I was going to order springs, shocks and rotors for a e30 m3 or do I need to order some parts for the cabrio? Any help is greatly appreciated.

And yes I already did a search and I found nothing that answered my questions.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

yes, they are different. here in germany, the TUV is a bitch, and touring/cabrio is a different spring for the rear. the reg coupe springs fit fine, but may sag a bit more.

      thanks,
I bought H&R sport lowering springs for the e30 m3 5 lug suspension I am putting in the car and needed to make sure they would fit! Thanks again.
