Suspension on parts car: Can I swap to my 318is?

    Hey everyone,

In attempts to repair my 318is I picked up a parts car, '89 325i and it has a different suspension setup that the gentleman said I should research to see if I can swap it over to mine:

    Eibach M3 springs all around
    Bilsteins in the back
Stock in the front with e90 drop hats

Will this setup transfer over? If so, it would be logical to run bilsteins in the front to match?

    Thanks for any help!

Yes, everything will work on your car. I recommend you get bilstein sport up front.

if you look at my thread in sig, I just got done putting in all late model parts into an early model 84 to 89 to be exact, and the rear subframe is from a 1999 z3.

Looked a little closer and the springs look to be H&R. Even better! I'll plan on ordering a set of bilstein sports for the front when it comes swap time.

The bilsteins up front will definitely be a good combo!
