    entertaining thoughts on kyb struts

Hey just wanted to get thoughts on kyb struts.
I would like to hear your thoughts on kyb and lowering springs.
Would like to know how long they have last and if they have begun to leak, also how is the ride over all.

I had a shop suggest kyb, they say their on their race car 24hrs and still going past a set of billy sports that blew....hard to belive. I also wondered why the hell ecs tuning would offer them esp with such low drop, which makes me question the creditablity of them as a whole. Would like to hear the input on this. Thanks
hell idk sometimes you just have to wing it. JW

I wouldn't recommend using them on anything lower than M3 springs. They're great for stock cars though!

I've been running them on my e24 (same part numbers) for three years with H&R springs. No complaint at all.

How much did the h&r springs lower your ride height?

I'm running kyb agx's for a camaro in the rear and e30 fitment gr2's struts in the front with h&r race springs and front drophats. IMO the front is a lil bouncy but they were $38 struts so i can't complain. I plan on swapping in koni yellows in the front, the rears i have set at 6 and feel perfect. Here's my 89.
