Can I use these konis w a gc kit?

I currently have hnr race, w billy sports. My plan was to swap ouut the billys for konis so i bough these from tire rack. Since then I have decided to just go w the GC coilovers and sell my races, I was just going to buy the adjusters and use these shocks but the rears seem to be very short and have a "skirt" When I see photos of other set ups the rear shocks look more like the billy sports rears and appear to be longer can I use these w the coils?
