    Rear sway bar question.

    Hey guys,

I need some advice on which rear sway bar I should purchase.
    I have an E30 convertible with a M30 B35 motor in it.
It also has a/c and power steering, so it's front heavy.
I have a white line sway bar which is 24mm up front to offset the weight.
What would you guys suggest for a rear sway bar?

    Thanks!

a sway bar doesn't offset any weight. A big bar up front will cause understeer, and so will an undersized bar in the rear. What do you want out of the car? Oversteer? Understeer? Neutral? You don't mention how you drive the car, so it's hard to suggest a swaybar for your needs.

additionally, asking for a swaybar without spring specifications is like asking how much chocolate to put into a chocolate cake you're baking. You need more information if you want a real suggestion, otherwise you can just get anything.

Plus it would probably be much more expediant and the information reliable if you contacted the swaybar sellers. I know of one that is very familiar with the M30 balancing.

        I removed the m30. I'm going ls7 now.
