Lowering springs, not popping when turning?

Just lowered my 325es and not on turns its popping and it sounds like the springs popping. I read on a different forum it could be strut tower mount, is it possible I assembled it wrong that and the cause for the sound?

I would say that you assembled it wrong, what kind of springs did you install?

Lowtecs from Abraham Motorsport. I have installed them on many cars this is the first time I have had this issue arise

I would guess the strut mount is binding. Did you make sure it turned freely after tightening the strut nut?

I taught I did but we had to take it apart a couple times for stupid reasons, I'll have to tear it apart again but I fear they weren't. I'm gonna print out the real eom diagram and make sure we didn't forget anything we did it pretty late at night

Did you include the funky spacer looking thing in between the spring perch and the strut mount?
