Front end clunking.

Did a full suspension over haul on my car and I'm getting a clunking noise from the front of my car when I hit dips in the road or bumps. I should say I didn't do a "full" overhaul cause I thought I had good low mileage strut mounts around which I don't. Would the mounts cause this clunk.

Yes, along with an under torqued strut nut or a loose strut capturing nut (I don't know what it's called)

How do you torque bilsteins down can't get cartridge to stop spinning

you use a socket on the top and wrench underneath.
did u install camber plates?

personally i use a air impact on a low setting and then get it tight without over tightening it. takes a knowledgeable user to do it tho.

Also check the strut collar nuts if they are fully tight so the inserts dont have any plays.
Edit: make sure sway bar links are tight too..
