What's necessary to install IE crap

say I have a stock car, and want to buy IE Stg 3's and Camber Plates - E30 adjustable racing for factory type springs-Spec E30....

    do I need anything else?

Upper Strut Bearing? factory upper spring perch?

okay, i'm really installing these on my car and will have a pair of strut housings, and need to know if I need anything else or just the camber plates themselves and the springs themselves.

New bushings would be a plus, a strap wrench will help you keep the tube from turning when you tighten the top nut, and a spanner will help tighten the collar, but not absolutely necessary as I used a brass drift.

The IE plate takes the place of all of the upper stock hardware.

Depends on which camber plates you got. If you got the IE Street Adjustable Camber plate, then those mount on the top of your strut bearing. You will need to press the existing bolts out of the bearing and bolt up the camber plates.

Agree 100% - I got some IE stuff from Flyingbrick and had some issues, Daniel took care of me ASAP, while IE themselves can be very slow.

I'm debating just giving up and saving my $200 and making things work as is.

I wanted a pair of adjusters and springs, they advertise for $169-199 in Sportscar, to replace a stuck pair and up the rates. Unforunately can't be done online, and they suck on the phone.

I honestly don't feel like giving them anymore money, and eventually going K-stock to avoid those fuckers.

I'm buying a set of Racing Dynamics springs regardless, and maybe those IE plates.
