    Suspension Advice

Good Morning Yall, I need some advice. I need new shocks badly however had a limited budget of about 400-450. I would like to lower, the car alittle not but some. I would like a tad bit stiffer set up as well. However I can not seem to find a good set under about 700. Can anyone help with this or am I being unrealistic with price point? The car is a 1990 BMW 325i Coupe

Shocks can be had in your budget. Bilsteins for a set run your whole budget. But the shocks wont lower your car. You would need springs for that and together with shocks your budget is blown. Im sure someone can chime in on racelands/cutting springs or other cheap options to get your cheap lows but I have no experience in that.

The Bilstein B12 Pro kit is just a little over $700, it's the best overall setup for E30 street usage, just save up a few months to buy the best stuff

Bilstein performance shocks coupled with Eibach lowering springs for your BMW. are ideal for street-driven cars looking for a serious performance upgrade that requires more than shocks and struts alone. The Bilstein B12 Pro-Kit 46-000101 will lower your vehicle 1 - 1.5" for a more aggressive look and increased performa

I just bought a set of Vogtland club sport springs for $239, a set of Bilstein sport front strut inserts for $230 dollars (Advance Auto, coupon code WD58) and a set of Bilstein sports for $180 (BavAuto), prices include shipping

You can probably find a used H&R/Billie sport combo in that range, just keep an eye on the classifieds.
