FEQ brand upper front strut mounts (stock style) issue

Putting struts in an 88 vert, got new upper mounts and after installing them, they rock around on top of the strut.. The nut is tight. Looking at the other new one which isn't installed yet, its Like the bearing is just flopping around in there.
Anyone run into this? Its gonna make noise probably, right?

you tried to save money and bought cheap parts, what did you expect?
Suspension parts should be BMW, Lemforder, or Meyle. Anything else you can assume is going to be unacceptable.

Haha. Yeah well, I didn't know that when I ordered them. It was a job through my shop.. The lady is broke and will barely be able to afford the work we did. I ordered the mou ts through worldpac and chose the cheaper of the two options... I assumed a part from a company as reputable as worldpac would be pretty good quality.
I'm putting a set of Sachs mounts on there now
