    shocks/springs, or swaybars

    I have all my worn suspension bushings replaced with urethane and am wondering what to move onto next, and am not sure what would benifit my 1986 325es more, better swaybars or lowering shocks and springs. Right now I have stock springs and Bilsietn HD's and the ride isn't that bad for a daily driver, although it is probably as stiff as i'd lik it to be for my crappy roads. My ego yearns for the lowered look, but it seems the swaybars on the early eS's might be a weakness to address first. I hate body roll. Any imput from you fine people at r3v is appreciated before I pursue either of these expensive upgrades. Thanks.

    Spings and shocks will have the most noticable effects IM0, if you want to keep the bilstein HD's they work great with H&R OE Sport springs. Then you could get sway bars as well and get the best of both worlds. This setup will give you a solid handling e30 with worry free operation on bad roads.
