"Bounce" will be dependent on what dampers you choose.
The firmer the spring, the more damping you will need to control the spring energy.

I would recrommend the Ground Control setup, because I have owned 2 sets and the rates make sense. I don't understand the same spring rates that CA uses for both the front.Leave a comment:

GC is the best bang for the buck in your price range. Those BC's on FCP are more than likely a rebranding of some Chinese brand. Do some research on R3v, you'll find your answers-
