Do these parts need replacing ?

I'm gathering up parts for my suspension refresh and I was wondering if I need new control arm brackets and new spring pads ?

Your spring pads should be fine.

By "Control Arm Brackets" are you speaking of what are commonly called "Lolli Pops" which house the rubber bushings?

If so, they are most likely not in the best of shape, unless they've been replaced recently. The bushings can be pressed out, and replaced, without replacing the entire assembly.

The m3 bushings are much more solid, and add caster for better tracking.

I run them in all of my e30s with no ill effects. They do push the wheels forward a bit, so if you have crazy poke, they may rub.

My Cab is running 17x8s up front, with a 22 offset, and doesn't have a problem.

Yeah I should be fine then. I'm gonna have some 15x8 +25 and maybe run some 10 or 12 mm spacers. Thanks again
