Anyone out there that can answer this question . I was told by installer if I lift 4" or higher to get more of a better ride I should a coil over system , how much better is it?? Is there a ride difference with 4" lift on 35 tire vs 7" lift on 37 tire ? Please help me I'm drilling my head on which way to go

Well built coil-overs will outperform any other system when engineered correctly, regardless of the intended lift you will be choosing.
A 4" with tons of droop will always outperform a 7", unless mud is your only passion.
Keep in mind your gearing changes also. 35's will require 4.56s while 37s will do best with 4.88s. An ATLAS T-case can also be used in place of the stock unit. However, it WILL increase stress on the otherwise un-modified drive components.
You will also have to tend to the huge caster changes which will occur with a 7" lift. This is easily reversed by using an un-equal 4-link system with, at the very minimum, adjustable upper links which should be roughly 80% of the total length of the lower bars.
