Has anyone ever used The E30 5 lug set up they have available? Pros? Cons? Any info available would be great?

I don't think that is a 5-lug conversion, those are just coilovers intended for cars with a 5-lug swap.

I talked to someone on the phone but they didnt really seem to know much about it. They said it was for E36 spindles and 318Ti rears which I have.

If you have a E36 based 5 lug conversion on your E30 this kit will work for you.
