Barely tucks the rear tire if you have a late model.
Spring rate matters though - and this is without an adjuster.

      spring

I told the guy at GC That i wanted 4" springs. He was pretty against it. he was saying 5" would get the rear dumped. could I remove the adjuster.

It won't if you're looking to dump the car. Lots of us, including me, have been down that path.
Is your car early or late model?
I'm using 4" springs with adjusters from HyperCo.

Ah okay. Depending on rate, you'll be able to get away with it if you're trying to really lower the car considering your late model arches like the link above.

I'm running the Camaro KYB Gas-A-Just shocks and the ride is firm and not harsh. Probably because riding on bumpstops. Front struts are cut 3" and using Corrado yellow sport konis with an 1" spacer.
If you planning going low, plan on getting a skid plate too.

are your rear springs from GC 2.25 or 2.5 inch ID?
I love sitting down and just driving!
