wow, IE trailing arm bushings fit like doo dooI

just cant get over how bad these fit. It seems like the metal sleve is shorter than the bushings, so the more it is tightened the more friction is induced into the suspension. On top of that, the lip of the bushings wont sit flat against the trailing arm if you want it to still fit in to the subframe. Im thinking of dropping 100 on the akg motorsport ones jst to make myself feel better and safer. Thoughts?

Mine are older and they are the red ones. Maybe they changed their design? did yours come straight from ireland engineering?

I've got the black ones in my car, I noticed no problems at all with them. I purchased them directly from ireland about 1.5 years ago.

I have the black poly ones. I ordered them through BMA for $50 for the set. I have a spare subframe and TAs that I am going to use, but it just started raining so I might not get the pics today.

The ones I have from IE (bought through BMA) look like the black shiny ones you have with two lips, one lips is 2x the opposite end. The finish is also matte, not glossy like the pic you posted e304me.

I received mine last week from BMA along w/ the green subframe bushings :).

I have the red ones, I put them in the TA and just cutoff what was needed to make them fit snuggly. haven't had any problems.
