Anyone have a pic of how there RSM's attach to the shock?

I don't know why im not getting this or maybe im missing something. But how do the rear shock mounts attach to the shock? I have the JT design ones, the shaft of the shock just slides right through them after the mount is bolted into the shock tower. Im sure its something stupid, but some pics or an explanation would be good. A lot of RSM's are the same, so show me yours. thanks
